Prayer requests, answered

Turn curiosity into prayer.

PrayQR helps your ministry collect prayer requests from anywhere, moderate them with a human in the loop, and deliver heartfelt, translated responses back to the people who asked.

How it works

From a scan to a prayer, and back

  1. Step 1

    A request comes in

Someone shares a prayer request — by scanning a QR code, a web form, SMS/WhatsApp, or your developer API.

A QR code generated by PrayQR that links to a ministry’s prayer request form.
  2. Step 2

    A human moderates it

Each request is reviewed (with AI assistance and on-the-fly translation) before it goes anywhere.

The PrayQR moderation queue, listing prayer team replies waiting for a moderator to approve them.
  3. Step 3

    Prayer warriors respond

Approved requests are distributed to your prayer team, matched by language and topic.

A prayer team member replying to the prayer request email with a short prayer, about to press Send.
  4. Step 4

    The reply reaches them

The moderated response is delivered back to the requester through the sender you chose — closing the loop.

A text message on a phone from Grace Community Church that reads: Someone just prayed for you, followed by the prayer.
Automated follow-ups

Keep caring after the prayer is sent

Follow-ups reach back out on your schedule, so one prayer request can grow into an ongoing relationship — and, for those who want it, a first step toward following Jesus.

  • A week later

    Invite them to ask again

A friendly check-in asks how things are going and whether there’s anything else to pray for. Their reply comes straight back to your team.

A follow-up text a week later asking how things are going and whether there is anything else to pray for, and the requester replying with a new request.
  • A couple of weeks later

    Open the door to discipleship

Ask whether they’d like to learn more about Jesus or the Bible, and see who said yes — so the people ready for a next step get a personal follow-up.

A follow-up text asking: By chance, would you be interested in learning more about Jesus, or the Bible? The requester replies yes.

Set them up your way

  • Your timing

Start after the request comes in or after the last prayer is delivered, as many days later as you choose.

  • A sequence

Line several follow-ups up in order; each person gets one at a time.

  • Repeats, with a limit

Check in again on a schedule, capped so it never becomes noise.

  • Questions they can answer

Yes or no, multiple choice, a 1–5 rating or free text — answered by reply or a short form.

  • Test your wording

Send weighted variants side by side and compare how people respond.

  • In their language

Every follow-up is translated into the language the request was made in.

Features

Everything a prayer ministry needs to answer every request

  • Requests from anywhere

QR codes, web forms, a chat widget on your site, SMS/WhatsApp, email, or your own app through the API.

  • A human in the loop

Every request and every reply is reviewed by a moderator, with AI assistance to triage what needs care.

  • Any language

Requests are translated for your team, and prayers are translated back into the language they were asked in.

  • Your own prayer team

Invite responders and route each request to the people who speak the language and carry the burden for the topic.

  • Sent as your ministry

Replies go out under your organization’s name on day one, and through your own numbers and mailboxes when you connect them.

  • Built to integrate

A developer API lets you bring PrayQR into the tools your ministry already runs on.

Who it’s for

Any place can become a place to ask for prayer

  • Churches

Put a code in the pews, the bulletin, and the lobby, and let your prayer team answer every request that comes in during the week.

  • Events & venues

Turn a concert, conference, or outreach night into a place where anyone can ask for prayer, and keep caring for them after they leave.

  • Clinics & chaplaincy

Give patients and families a quiet, private way to ask for prayer, answered by chaplains and trained volunteers.

  • Missions & outreach

Meet people in their own language, on the channels they already use, wherever your ministry serves.
